Fixes:
Battle Channel no longer has a 2 in 256 chance of crashing between every opponent
Fixed interaction with stationary Ninoop outside the League
Beating the Champ a second time no longer causes the credits to roll when flying to the League
Stockpile no longer boosts stats after being used thrice (Spit Up and Swallow still doesnt remove boosts, however)
Game no longer crashes when viewing the map on Singles Island
The cave on Route 21 now warps properly and has wild data again
